A corrective bodywork practice for healthy active people or for those trying to get there.
Services offered by Eric at Integrated Body Works.
Soft tissue release and massage.
Eric uses many soft tissue release methods such as myofascial release, trigger/tender point, active pin & stretch, muscle attachment, deep tissue, PNF stretching, and cross fiber. These methods are used in combination for pain and symptom elimination and management. If a client goes through the Neuromuscular Restoration System process, soft tissue release work is usually done to further reduce symptoms if necessary and to speed up the restoration process. General massage is also available.
Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy
Neuromuscular Therapy is manual therapy that uses and works with the neurological sensory motor feedback system to treat musculoskeletal problems. The Neuromuscular Restoration System is a cutting edge therapeutic process that involves treating/clearing most of the various factors that create muscle inhibition and hypertonus (muscle dysfunctions). See ‘Muscle Dysfunction 101’ page.
Corrective exercise, movement, and active stretching consultation.
These services can be done in person or by using the ‘Client Resources’ page.

Potential Clients
This section is for people who have been referred to me or got my contact or website info and want to do their homework before scheduling. This is a smart thing to do. It can be frustrating picking or finding a practitioner who can best help you with whatever ailment/s you have. Most people have to go to multiple practioners that each offer one specialty. I offer a therapeutic process that is very comprehensive, that simplifies, speeds up, and targets what is causing problems in your body. If you’re looking to address any musculoskeletal or other physical conditions, this may be one of the best places to start if it is not a medically related problem. As quickly as possible, I will tell you if you need to see someone else or need imagery.
Simply call me, and after hearing a brief injury and symptom history, I can tell you over the phone if my work can help you or not. Whether you are looking for quick relief or want to try and figure out and eliminate what is causing your complaints, I can do both. So do your homework, read the following page which explains what I do and why it’s different from other mainstream therapy options. Choose wisely!
