Before your first visit.

     Before your first visit, there are several things to do and not do in order to make the best use of our time.  

 

DO's:

     

     Read the Muscle Dysfunction page.

 

     Fill out the intake form at the bottom of the Client Resources page.

     Come hydrated!

     Bring or wear shorts that are thin and without zippers like gymshorts.       

   

     Women, wear or bring sports bra and tank top.

     Bring any X-Ray or MRI written reports.

DON'T:

     Use breath mints or gum that has artificial sugar in it.  This can interfere with

     the nervous system.

     Come to an appointment sore from exercise if possible.
